Shipping Keys
Shipping Keys serves to integrate the platform between Cloudshop and 3rd party ordering (Lalamove and Grab).

Lalamove ACTIVE account means the one reflected in the MAP is “LALAMOVE KEYS (PRODUCTION)”. And for testing keys, it is “LALAMOVE KEYS (SANDBOX)”
API Keys (Public & Private Keys) is the link between the platform of Lalamove & Cloudshop. Without these keys, the platform will not link to one another.
Webhook URL is the communication link between the whole Lalamove and OFS. It is provided by Tech once the Public and Private key is already available. No webhook URL, OFS will not be updated. It is the global webhook for Lalamove. Account in Lalamove is important for a Webhook URL.
The API Keys such as the Public and Private key is provided by the Merchant. These keys are found in the Developer's account under the Partner Portal Profile in the respective Lalamove accounts.
Note: The data that we need from the Merchants are keys from the Production Side.
