Order Monitor

Order Monitor provides information about your transaction/s. When you receive a transaction, you will also receive a notification on your EWS account.

Click Order Monitor and you'll see your customer's “Card” or details. These include Customer Name, Service Method, and Status of Orders. Select a “Card” and view the details to change the status of orders, to either Pick-up or Delivery.

You can follow the change of status sequence.

  • 1. Received to Acknowledge, Enter the name of the Dispatchers and press “Next”.

  • 2. Acknowledge to Rider Assign, choose a rider to deliver the product. The selection includes 3PLs (3rd Party Logistic) Lalamove, or the In-house Rider. Once done, select the “Next” button.

  • 3. Rider Assign to Rider Out, Enter the name of the Rider and click ‘Next’.

  • 4. Rider Out to Rider Back, click again the “Next” button.

  • 5. Rider Back to Closed, put the time needed in military time format. Click “Next” and you will see the notification alert “Confirm Closed Transaction”. If it is confirmed, just click the “Confirm” button.

  • Note: Whenever the order status of the transaction changes, the buyer will receive a “Notification”. In choosing the rider using the 3PL’s option, you may update the status of transactions using the application. While Sequential status changes are available for In-house Rider.

The transaction status is recorded once changes are made. Click the “Process Time” to see the minutes of the interval in changing the status.

At the top of your “Card” is a “Search Button”. Change it to the store you want to find, for example, “Store 1” or ‘Store 2”. Just type in the details of the transaction you want to search such as the name or order number, and it will automatically search.
