Lalamove is already included in the selected subscription of the Merchant. But if they want to add on further they can file a ticket to enable it. Just go the Merchant Admin Portal (MAP) and click the Support Button.

Fill-up all the requested information.

and click the “Submit” button once completed.

Wait for the email response from a Support Representative to provide the next step regarding your Lalamove Onboarding.

Xendit

Xendit is a company that can help to receive various payment methods from our customers. This allows the use of Credit Card/Debit Card and Gcash.

It is composed of two types, Owned Account and Managed Account. Both of the Accounts have no Dashboard and they can only access all the information in the Merchant Admin Portal (MAP).

• 1.Owned Accounts is a type of account wherein the payment gateway used is the account from Cloudshop under MDSCSI. Since they do not have their own GCash account, they still need to submit the necessary documents to BSP to enable the GCash function in the system.

• 2. Managed Account is a personal account of the Merchant wherein the payment gateway is under the Merchant's name. Managed Account holder have registered their personal Gcash and can be enabled in the system.
