Lalamove is already included in the selected subscription of the Merchant. But if they want to add on further they can file a ticket to enable it. Go to the Merchant Admin Portal (MAP) and click the Support Button.

Fill up all the requested information.

and click the “Submit” button once completed.

Wait for the email response from a Support Representative to provide the next step regarding your Lalamove Onboarding.
