Store

On the “Home” page is where you will see your Store's status as to how many orders or stocks you have.

Click “Orders”, and you will then see “Add Order”. It can be used if you would like to add an order from your MAP.

Fill out the required information: “Date Created” with time, Status, and Customer Name, Add items and click “Recalculate”.

Follow “Order Actions”. You can also place “Order Notes” and press “Add” then press the “Create” button. Let's go back to the “Orders” button, here you'll find that you have a notification if you have received a “New Order” button, at the same time sounding a notification so you can be given a signal. From here you'll see all your orders. The details here are “Order no. , Date, Status, and Total.


The “Customers” button contains your customer lists.

Click the dropdown on “Show” and you can select “All Customer”, “Single Customer” or “Advance filter” to extract customer details.

The data can also be downloaded. Just press the “Download” icon. If you want to find a transaction you can use the “Search” button.


The “Reports” button helps us determine how many and how much you have sold.

It also includes Customer and Stock Reports. You may filter the information by choosing “Sales by Date”, “Sales by Product”, “Sales by category”, “Coupons by Date” and “Customer downloads”

You may also filter by “Year”, “Last month”, This month”, or select your desired date range. Click on “Go” after selecting your preferences.


The “Settings” button has several tabs that can be accessed.

On the “General” tab, is where you input your store address details.

On the “Products” tab, is where you will see your shop’s pages.

Next are the “Shipping”, “Payments”, “Accounts & Privacy” and “Emails” tabs.

Don't forget to “Save Changes” once you are done making amendments.
