Overview
After you log in, you will see EWS, OFS, ERP and RMS on the Home Page. Select “EWS”. It contains the following information:
- Get Started - serves as a guide to help you create your own website
- Dashboard - shows the performance of a store including sales and products.
- Pages - this is the page of your website where you can place as many pages depending on your preference.
- Store - it contains details of buyers based on their transaction and reports.
- Products - This function will help you to be able to place products on your website.
- Analytics - it displays statistics that help in analyzing the sales and store cycle.
- Appearance - here you can set your own design according to your preferences
- Profile - here you can enter your details as a merchants
- Settings - in these settings you can change the name of your store
- Collapse menu - we can use it if we want to press hide in your sidebar functions and vice versa.
At the top left of it is the name of your store. For example “Chell’s Fragrantica”.
If you want to go back to your Dashboard you can click the following: Home Page> Visit Site/Visit Store> Menus or Dashboard
Once you click your store name, it will direct you to your website.
Again, click the name of your store to show the following:
- Menus, it will automatically switch to the “Appearance” Tab
- Dashboard, showing standard store status information
- Widgets, help to make another button for quick access to tools
You may also notice that there is a greeting at the upper right corner of the Dashboard, “Howdy, [email protected]. or admin name. ”.
Beside the greetings are two buttons for the Merchants Admin Portal (MAP) and Order Fulfillment System (OFS). These two buttons provide quick access to your MAP or OFS account. No need to re-login. Just click the button and it will automatically direct you to your desired page.
Another option is to click the “Search Button” when you are on the Visit Site or Visit Store next to the greeting. There is also a button where you can change the details in your profile via clicking the “Edit Profile” tab.
Click the Logout button to close the browser.
