Status Analyze
Status Analyze displays a report for the average data of each transaction.
Just add the start and end date filters and click the “Search” button to generate the report you want to view.
You will also find the legend for each status:
- OR - Order Receive this is the status where you have received the transaction
- OA - Order Acknowledge is the status of the order received and will be replaced by the acknowledgment of the order
- RA - Rider Assign when you have selected a rider
- RO - Rider Out means that the rider is going to the customer's location
- RB - Rider Back when the rider returns to the store
The generated report includes the following information the Code, Order No., Net Total, and Gross Total.
Click “Export to CSV” if you want to have a copy of the report. CSV or comma-separated values are a text file that is compatible with your laptop or desktop.
