Activating the Gcash Account as Payment Option

Cloudshop is offering various payment methods for our customers. The existing payment gateway allows the use of a Credit Card/Debit Card.

To enable and set up Gcash as one of your modes of payment for your customers, a ticket must be filed to the Merchant Admin Portal (MAP) and our Customer Support Agent will assist you further.

To file a ticket, go to the Merchant Admin Portal (MAP) and click the Support Button and fill up the required fields.


Please also prepare the following requirements:

Individuals:

  1. One (1) Primary ID or 2 Secondary ID
  2. Bankbook (Individual Name)
  3. Selfie with ID

Sole Proprietorship:

  1. One (1) Primary ID or 2 Secondary ID
  2. Bankbook (Individual Name/Business Name)
  3. Secondary License (if Applicable)
  4. DTI Registration

Partnerships:

  1. One (1) Primary ID or 2 Secondary ID
  2. Bankbook (Partnership’s Business Name)
  3. SEC Certificate Registration
  4. Articles of Partnership
  5. Secondary License (if Applicable)
  6. Partnership Certificate
  7. BIR 2303

Corporations:

  1. One (1) Primary ID or 2 Secondary ID
  2. Bankbook (Corporation Name)
  3. SEC Certificate Registration
  4. Articles of Partnership
  5. Notarized Secretary Certificate
  6. Secondary License (if Applicable)
  7. Most Recent GIS
  8. BIR 2303
