How much is the subscription fee? You can get a website builder, an order fulfillment and 3rd party delivery services for only P898 monthly.

Can I have a free trial to see if that works for my business? We don’t have a free trial because this will entail cost on our part, but if you give us some details and transaction volume, we can nominate you for approval.


What if I want to cancel? What are your terms for cancellation? We will have to charge you with the remaining contract price of 1 year, this will cover our website design, development and reservation of services that we have done with our system.


What if we don’t renew? This is okay, but your website and subdomain will be deactivated.


I don’t sell products, I sell services. Web design and web pages can compliment whichever products and services you are offering.


I only have cash payments For security reasons, we recommend cashless transactions for now. Eventually, we will more add more payment methods.


I only have cash and GCash We can accept GCash payment.


I have my own delivery guy. Our system can compliment inhouse delivery services. On top of the EWS and OFS, We have a Rider Management system that you can use if you have a fleet of riders


We have our own schedule of deliveries. This can also complement the current system for Cloudshop, whether its delivery now, or scheduled delivery.


Why are the users limited to 3? You can actually add more users with an additional fee. Cloudshop intends to keep your data and system secured. The lesser the users, the more it will be easier to track the changes as you will only be assigning the access to limited people.


Is there a limitation in the website registration? No, there is no limitation on the website subscription/registration. You can also transact as many as you can within the day. Cloudshop will help you sell and not to put limits.


We need custom features, can you help? Yes, we will assign you one of our Sales associates to assist you. For custom features that require coding, this is billed separately.


What if we have an existing domain name? This is okay, we just have to assist you and provide the nameservers to put in your domain settings.


What if we want our own domain? This is okay, we can help you with that but an additional fee is required. Domain names are usually expensive.


Can we change the theme anytime? Yes, Merchants or Subscribers are given access to their EWS and OFS.


How do we file a complaint in Lalamove? Are we going to inform you or are we to reach out directly to Lalamove? Complaints can be logged in through Lalamove’s chat support available via web or mobile app.


What is the Timeline for the Payment Received Thru G Cash and Credit Card Transactions? The customer will receive payment confirmation within 10-60 seconds as it usually does in every transaction online. The customer will then and there receive if the payment failed and can try again.


Where Can the Merchant file a complaint if there are issues or discrepancies with the received disbursement amount? Cloudshop support team can handle complaints via online ticketing.


To the Merchant’s website where the CUSTOMER will put their Basic Information for the Delivery, do the Merchant have the CAPACITY to view all the Customers who made registration with the website? Yes.


What will happen if the Merchant Already accepts and Prepares the Order from the Client, then the Merchant already places a Booking to LALAMOVE, what if there is no one on LALAMOVE RIDER Accepting the Booking? It will automatically be assigned to another rider.


What if there is no other rider who wants to accept the Delivery? Who will shoulder the Prepared food/goods of the Client? It will build a bad reputation or impact on our business as well since this is our common experience with LALAMOVE RIDERS. We can help our Merchants through this proactive escalation process which is internal to us.

What will happen to the ACCEPTED and PREPARED Order of the Client? Who will take accountability on the delay and customers feedback since the Merchant Accepted and Prepared it in a timely manner? We can help our Merchants through this proactive escalation process which is internal to us.

How do we handle FAKE BOOKING if COD Transactions? What if the RIDER Return the Product to Our Store? Who will take responsibility for the CHARGES? We can help our Merchants through this proactive escalation process which is internal to us.

Do you have a 24/7 hotline that the Merchant can call immediately if experience a Technical Problem? As of now, we can help our Merchant within office hours, and can be logged through our Support ticketing system online.


The 2% Transaction fee and 3% Payment Processing fee will be included in the SOA and the Merchant will just pay it online or over the counter thru bank? This will automatically be computed and billed through our Billing Admin and Ticketing (BAT) which is connected through our Merchant Admin Portal (MAP).


How many in-house riders can OFS manage? When do you recommend using RMS?


If the food lapses, who will shoulder the expenses, Lalamove? Lalamove liability is limited upon pick up and delivery of goods only.


What are the documentary requirements needed for Xendit registration (Managed Account)?
